Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the CadenceEQ website or placing an order. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the CadenceEQ website (cadenceeq.com) or placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian), and that you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Products and pricing

All prices on CadenceEQ are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but minor variations may occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to withdraw products from sale at any time.

We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. If an order is placed at an incorrect price due to a website error, we will contact you before processing the order.

3. Order confirmation process

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledgement confirming receipt of your order. This acknowledgement is not acceptance of your order.

A contract between you and CadenceEQ is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email confirming that your order has been shipped. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if a product is out of stock, if we are unable to verify your payment, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

4. Delivery

Delivery options, costs and estimated timescales are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control.

Some items are dispatched directly from our supplier partners. In these cases, delivery timescales may differ from standard delivery. You will be notified if this applies to your order.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from CadenceEQ passes to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@cadenceeq.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

5. Returns and refunds

You have the right to return most items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition with all tags attached. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving your return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the CadenceEQ website, including text, images, graphics, logos and design, is the property of CadenceEQ or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of the website is permitted provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CadenceEQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of products, including (without limitation) loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the products that are the subject of the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
